I’d say no. 3 is the most important factor – i personally chew slowly for over 7 years and i eat everything ( in small portions,of course) and never gained weight since.
I dont think drinking lukewarm water early in the morning is preferable. I would prefer to drink a hot choco or milk after brushing your teeth and during breakfast.
Although, there are people who are always enjoying while eating. The problem is while eating what you lke to eat, your digestive organ can not accommodate the food well and will result to stomach ache or other poor digestion condition.
It will be better if proper hygiene is pratice. Thanks.
